How to participate

Actions to be financially supported by the project will be chosen through a selection process initiated by the publication of the Call for Proposals, held at least once a year. The calls are divided into two stages:

Action Proposal – This is the pre-qualification of the entries, carried out by the project’s Appraisal Committee. Registrations must be made via the electronic form available at the restricted area of our website. Proposals of Actions must be accounted for by a Brazilian State Secretariat or equivalent and to be seconded by an EU stakeholder. N.B.: The "Seconding Letter" (De Acordo) by a European stakeholder must necessarily come from a EU Directorate-General or Agency, and endorsements by Member-State institutions will not be accepted. Terms of Reference – The pre-qualified proposals are formalised and detailed on-line by presenting a Term of Reference made on the electronic form available at the restricted area of our website. All beneficiary institutions will contribute with a minimum of 25% of the sum received from the project.
