Who can participate

Applications must be made by a Ministry or Agency of the Brazilian Federal Government, subject to ratification by the corresponding European Union Directorate-General.

The project also encourages the participation of other stakeholders – such as civil society organisations, state and municipal governments, public and private development agencies, universities and professional associations – provided their requests are channelled through a Ministry or Agency.  

It is mandatory that all actions should be included in a Sector Dialogue that has been previously constituted or that is about to be implemented.
